SHIPPING UNITED STATES
We ship USPS, DHL or UPS Ground. Orders should arrive within 7-10 business days after processing time. Pre-Orders ship at different times and up to two months from date of purchase.
Priority shipping is available for a fee. Prices and estimated delivery times are available at checkout. Orders after 2pm EST ship the next business day.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders typically ship the next business day. During peak season (i.e. Holidays), orders may ship within two business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Mondays and Tuesdays. We do not ship on weekend or U.S. holidays.
TRACKING MY ORDER
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our Next Day Air or 2 day shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Returns/Exchanges
UNITED STATES REFUND POLICY
Returns and/or Exchanges are available for full priced items for US-based orders with the exception of Final Sale items and other exempt items. We allow 30 days from the date you receive your items and the product must be in same condition received.

Knowing the high quality of Section 119 products, I had high expectations. This sweater did not disappoint. Exceeded all expectations. Very soft and terrapins look great! This was a bday gift for my sons 21st!! He immediately put it on right there in the restaurant and then the rest of the night is a blur.
Bought this sweater for a friend and says he loves it. Good enough for me!

Great sweater and quality
As a very early receipient of Section 119 apparel when I got Grateful dad gifts from my son, and later as a cancer survivor who is Grateful he’s alive, as well as a Dead Head from the early ‘70’s, Sec119 has a prominent place in my heart and closet. You even voluntarily donated your profits from the sale of my original Grateful dad gift shirt for a week to a local non profit that feeds healthy meals to cancer patients undergoing treatment. So needless to say I’m a super fan, and while there is a limit to how much Section 119 apparel I can wear, and I never buy sweaters, the dancing terrapins was just to combination of art, colors and subtle nod to the Dead to make me click the buy button. Your shit reminds me to be ever grateful, and when I wear the sweater I’m surprised by all the appreciative comments from strangers.
It’s also the art on the Fare Thee Well poster I bought on 7/5/2015 at Soldier Field. What a long strange trip indeed. Wish me luck on my campaign getting the Dead inducted to Nashville’s Musicians Hall of Fame.
