SHIPPING UNITED STATES
We ship USPS, DHL or UPS Ground. Orders should arrive within 7-10 business days after processing time. Pre-Orders ship at different times and up to two months from date of purchase.
Priority shipping is available for a fee. Prices and estimated delivery times are available at checkout. Orders after 2pm EST ship the next business day.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders typically ship the next business day. During peak season (i.e. Holidays), orders may ship within two business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Mondays and Tuesdays. We do not ship on weekend or U.S. holidays.
TRACKING MY ORDER
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our Next Day Air or 2 day shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

UNITED STATES REFUND POLICY
Returns and/or Exchanges are available for full priced items for US-based orders with the exception of Final Sale items and other exempt items. We allow 30 days from the date you receive your items and the product must be in same condition received.

I absolutely love it. Super comfortable. I’m 6’5” and got 4x/5x. It fits but I wish I would have gone with the 6/7x

My boyfriend looks so sexy in it, it's soft and plush and perfect for a big man. The colors are beautiful. It also has pockets. I steal it often.
this was the fourth robe I’ve bought. So, it goes without saying that I do love the quality of the materials. The robes are super comfortable, and I love the graphics. My daughters and my dad absolutely love theirs! However, I bought the 6XL because the XL was too small. I was so excited when it arrived. when I tried it on, it felt exactly the same as the XL. So, I went through the trouble of measuring, and indeed the six XL is almost the exact same size as the XL. There was 1 inch difference in the width, which in my view is simply a margin of error and not indicative of a larger size. I am 6’3” 230 lbs and i was really hoping 6-7xl was going to be larger by an order of magnitude greater than an inch. Why not call it 2xl? or 3xl? Referring to it as 6xl is just false advertising. Yes, I can send it back and I’ll likely do that but i’m going to have to go out of my way to do that and i feel like i shouldn’t have to, you know? Originally gonna give it one star cos i’m mad about the size but everything else is top notch so… 5 stars for the XL and 1 star for the fact that i feel like i was lied to about the size. Def would not have bought the fourth one but for the promise of a significantly larger size.
