Shipping United States
Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $100. Free Returns and Exchanges on all U.S. orders. Ground Shipping on U.S. orders under $100 is $8.00.
We ship USPS, DHL or UPS Ground. Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days after processing time. Pre-Orders ship at different times and up to two months from date of purchase.
Priority shipping is available for a fee. Prices and estimated delivery times are available at checkout. Orders after 2pm EST ship the next business day.
Orders typically ship the next business day. During peak season (i.e. Holidays), orders may ship within two business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Mondays and Tuesdays. We do not ship on weekend or U.S. holidays.
TRACKING MY ORDER
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our Next Day Air or 2 day shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
We currently only ship to Canada. We will expand shipping to the United Kingdom and the European Union in November. Stay tuned. You will find total shipping costs for your country at checkout. These include duties, tariffs and any other fees required by your county.
UNITED STATES REFUND POLICY
Returns and/or Exchanges are free for US-based orders with the exception of Final Sale items and other exempt items. We allow 30 days from the date you receive your items and the product must be in same condition received.
